D’Kota Legend Award
The American Rottweiler Club presents the D’Kota Legend Award to a deserving Rottweiler who meets the following criteria:
- Two CH titles, to include AKC and one other CH title (CKC, UCI, FCI, etc.);
- Three working titles in three different areas (Obedience, Rally, Carting, Tracking, etc.);
- One advanced working title (CDX, CX, TDX, etc.); and
- A minimum of 50 hours in Therapy work.
All nominations must include:
- Documentation of titles;
- Documentation of the hours of therapy work, signed and submitted on letterhead from facility(s); and
- Two letters of recommendation from Rottweiler peers who know the nominated dog or bitch personally.
This award is intended for a living Rottweiler owned by an ARC member. A dog or bitch may only receive this award once. Dr. Tommy Caisango receives nominations and will make a recommendation for the ARC Board’s approval. The award is presented at the Awards event at the National Specialty.
The recipient will receive an engraved plaque provided by Dr. Caisango.
