2.3-2/6: Motion to approve an Independent Specialty for Mile High Rottweiler Club to be held on September 10, 2010. The Specialty will be held outdoors at the Island Grove Regional Park in Greely CO, in conjunction with Evergreen Kennel Club all breed show. Events offered will be Conformation, Sweeps, Juniors, Obedience and Rally. Conformation Judge: Sharon Cook [all classes] Sweeps and Juniors Judge: Robin Hugs [all classes] and Obedience/Rally Judge Janice Anthes: [all classes].

2.4-2/7: Motion to authorize two ads for the ARC 2010 National Sieger Show Catalog, at cost of $35 per page for a black and white. One will be an ACL (BSL) ad (to be the same ad from Dogs USA with minor revisions) and will be paid from the ARC Legislative /ACL Fund; the second ad will be a congratulatory ad from the ARC Board to Mile High and exhibitors and will be paid from the General Funds.

2.7-2/13: Motion to grant FCI Judge Alfredo Estrada Santiago (Mexico) permission to use the following six (6) illustrations from ARC's "The Illustrated Standard of The Rottweiler": the "coming & going illustration on page 25; the 4 illustrations on gait on page 26; and the moving skeleton illustration on page 29. Permission is being granted to use these illustrations in the article on movement which Mr. Santiago is writing for the spring issue of the "The Total Rottweiler Magazine", and for this article only. And at the top of the article, it must note: "No reproductions of the copyrighted illustrations within this article are allowed, without written permission of the American Rottweiler Club." Should Mr. Sanitago submit this specific article, along with the illustrations, to another publication e.g. dog club newsletter, the article must also include the aforementioned note.

2.8-2/14: Motion to change Standing Rule H. Clubs. 4. from "Clubs will be asked to appoint an ARC Legislative Liaison who will be enrolled in the ARC Liaisons networking group on Yahoo." to "Clubs will be asked to appoint a 'Club Name' Legislative Liaison. This person will be contacted by the American Rottweiler Club Legislative Committee whenever a situation arises in your state so that the club members can be notified in order to take action. If the club does not have a Liaison; the Club Secretary will be the contact person." This change is necessitated due to the fact that the American Rottweiler Club no longer has a Legislative Yahoo Group.

2.9-2/14: Motion to change Standing Rule I. Awards. 17. from "The Kato Bowl shall be offered annually by Jan Marshall through the ARC to the Rottweiler with the most points in Group competition as determined by the “Kennel Review” system." to "The Kato Bowl shall be offered annually by Jan Marshall through the ARC to the Rottweiler with the most points in Group competition as determined by the “Dog News” system." The Kennel Review Magazine is no longer being published.
